A CFD optimized part cooling and hot end duct for the stock Creality hotend as fitted to the majority of Creality 3D printers is designed to provide good nozzle visibility with a height adjustable part cooling duct. A cable pylon for effective cable management and strain relief is integrated into the mount. Unlike other options, this mount does not rely on heatsink screws so it won't work loose over time. The duct and ABL mounts print with zero support required. The hotend mount/duct uses minimal amounts of support needed to be printed. Check the images for print orientation suggestions. To secure the hotend fan, three M3x15mm screws are needed. Small self-tapping screws can also work for this purpose. To attach the shroud to the carriage, two M3x10mm socket cap head screws are required. One M3x10 or 12mm socket cap head screw is enough to secure the fan duct to the shroud. One M3x22mm Socket cap head screw and a single M3 washer are needed to attach the blower to the duct. Three M3 nuts must be used to fit into the slots, providing threads for the screws to thread into. A revised duct has been uploaded on 4-1-19 to address an interference with the X carriage. The part is now oriented correctly for printing. On 7-1-19, a thin wall at the nozzle tip was corrected. A revision was uploaded on 11-3-19 to accommodate the MicroSwiss hotend, improving clearance and vertical adjustment of the duct, as well as an improved duct attachment using two bolts. On 13-3-19, V2 of the revised shroud was uploaded to resolve an interference with the BLTouch.
