This is a drag cable mount, which replaces stock ribbon cable support for Creality Sprite Pro Extruder. It will give you much better cable management and will not hit any of axis. My E3Pro still has 235x235x250 active printing area (with reversed bottom screw on the caret). For Z axis you still have ~1mm clearance, so everything is safe :)
