Creality Sprite Extruder Generic ADXL345 / BTT ADXL Bracket
thingiverse
Printed as oriented. Sliced in PrusaSlicer with Organic supports enforced under the whole bridging area to insure tolerances maintained. All holes are sized for no-insert M3x8 use.2x M3x8 screws needed to mount either type of ADXL to bracket.1x M3x8 screw used on left side of extruder to temporarily replace stock Sprite fan/ABL holder screw for solid mounting. Extruder stock M3x6 round-head screw moved to right side while mounted for measurement. Don't overtighten, you can damage / strip the threading out of the aluminum stepper body.Klipper: Check MEASURE_AXES_NOISE is within range once mounted to the extruder. You may need to temporarily unplug the stock 3010 hot-end cooling fan while measuring to reduce noise (*). Use a suitable binder clip to attach to the bed while measuring Y.* If your stock hot-end cooling fan is loud/vibrates badly the Winsinn GFAN301024VB is a functional almost drop-in replacement. You will need to replace its JST-XH plug with a JST-PH. Recommend making the wiring as close to the same length as on the stock fan as possible, there's not really anywhere in there to store extra. Note: not sure on CFM/mm³ difference, Creality doesn't publish specs on fans. Do a hot-end PID retune after swap.Reworked from original design:Made fitment tolerances much tighter all aroundMade attachment holes adjustable up and down to allow to sit solidly on top of Sprite extruder stepper motorExtended clip surface to clear PEI sheet “handle”Created generic adxl345 attachmentRemoved excess material to minimize weight
