This is my first design uploaded to Thingiverse. I wanted to share an ultimate spool design suitable for everyone using Creality printers, built around classic 8x22x7 bearings. Cool facts about this design: - It works with absolutely all types of spool designs thanks to the bearing-supported drum. - It has low friction. - No supports are needed, making it super easy to print. - It's ready to assemble, no glue is required. - This is a self-retaining design, so once the Spool holder is on the printer, no parts can fall out. ***UPDATE 07/04/2020*** I added a new slimmer spindle and drum with an outer diameter of 42.6mm due to user requests. Please note that the slimmer spindle will not be as strong as the older thicker one, so print accordingly. The first version has an outer diameter of 49.8mm, check your spools to see what fits best. The nut and bearing axles remain the same for both versions. I hope you find this part useful.
