Creality SideMounted/Offset (62,5 and 45 Degree) Filament Holder

This is a remix of Mjoaris' "Creality (Ender 3) Filament holder 80mm spools" which is also a remix specifically for people using a side mounted spool holder that is angled at about 62.5 degrees from normal. The designs that can utilize this include Chucks design, Michaels design, and Danny's design available on Thingiverse as https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3303879, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3313179, and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2967567 respectively. I have included the original nut as well thanks to Joris Peereboom for the design. The roller was redesigned due to some users complaining that the spools can sometimes slide off it so one side of the roller is now square instead of rounded. This design requires two 608 bearings. UPDATE 1: A 110mm Spool Holder version has been added but I have not personally tested it so if anyone prints it please give feedback. UPDATE 2: wku_wake asked for a 45 degree version to work with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4461496 and that is included here as well.
