Creality semi-stock extruder arm with adjustable tension
thingiverse
I created this modification to address the issue of slipping filament due to Creality's stock extruder arm while minimizing changes from the original design. I find it puzzling that this is a widespread problem, given my experience with two different Creality stock extruders, which performed exceptionally well under extreme conditions without issues. It appears that newer models are more prone to malfunction for some reason. This part can be assembled largely using standard screws and springs; only the tension spanner requires an M4x20mm screw and nut. This design combines elements from Terminator15's CR10 extruder arm (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2982512) and RaffoSan's improved lever feeder for Creality printers. Due to mesh mixing, this model may not be the most aesthetically pleasing or compact option, but it prints without errors and slices smoothly on my setup.
