Creality Linear Rail X Axis Conversion Kit (CR10 & Ender Series)
thingiverse
I saw this file ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5148660/files ) by MakerMarket and I liked the idea of being able to mount my linear rail on the top of the X-axis without having to relocate the drive belt assembly. I took this design and created a couple extra adapter pieces so that when attaching the linear rail to the X-axis 2020 extrusion it adds some extra support on the ends of the linear rail. Depending on the size of your printer, and how your X-axis is setup, you may want to use different files than the 3 sizes I have shown here which were used and installed on my CR10S Pro V2. You also may need to mirror the image of certain files depending on which end of the X-axis you are installing the brackets on to. I also found a few other designs that I remixed to make work with this setup as well such as the X-axis limit switch housing and the X-axis tensioner assembly. All of the files used here have been tested and are currently installed and working on a CR10S Pro V2 and a CR10 MAX printer. This kit should work with any Creality cartesian style printer with a 2020 X-axis extrusion. This may work with a Creality-Clone brand printer as well but I have not tested that to be sure.
