UPDATE: Adding user-requested features: Increased lever length for easier use Added space washers to enhance bearing movement efficiency Slightly adjusted the PTFE tube by 0.5mm for improved usability Moved the spring hole by 1mm This modification updates a previous design, adapting the lever to fit standard Creality feeders. Improvements: PTFE tube now positioned at filament entry to prevent contact with threaded rod; simply curve it slightly and it's ready. More solid lever constructed from two plastic parts, with a longer nut for added stability Adjustable spring for precise pressure control; original spring often requires modification Required components: M4x10mm bolt for bearing (original bolt is too short) M4x20mm+nut for spring pressure adjustment Original nuts can be used for other parts Assembly instructions: 1. Press lever and cup together, then insert bearing and secure with nut in plastic; check bearing rotation without issues. 2. Cut PTFE tube to at least 30mm length, press it into hole, and you're done. 3. Force-press M4 nut into spring controller, then screw on M4 bolt. 4. Mount all parts, apply spring with cap to feeder.
