Nearly all my measurements are included in the parameters window.STEP file for the non-fusion users. Before PrintingFirst off, the sizes are true to the actual parts. Importing them into PrusaSlicer gives a message about small part sizes, asking to convert from imperial to metric units. This is modelled in metric, it is just really small.I printed at 400% scale, which has worked well. All parts were printed in PLA, print orientation varies depending on the part. I used the default settings for Ender-3 printers using supports where necessary. After PrintingFor the thermistor wire, I've used some white 3mm wire. For the heater, I used some red 3mm with a few extra layers of red heat shrink for the thick insulation at the base. These were set in place with a bunch of superglue. All the hex screws work with a 5.5mm or 7/32" hex key. The Philips head screw works fine with a large flathead. Scaled up, no extra tolerance or sanding was needed.
