Creality Extruder Tensioner

Creality Ender3 Mod. My extruder kept slipping, and since the aluminum extruder was still shipping, I crafted a spring preload adjuster and flex/TPU printing capabilities to get around the issue. The device accommodates an M4 nut and is equipped with an M4 screw paired with a self-locking nut for adjustments – you can choose your own setup. This mod helps some weak springs perform better and offers flexibility when working with different filaments. My results were positive, and I successfully addressed under-extrusion problems. I haven't tested the flex/TPU capabilities yet, but the original design received excellent reviews in this regard and remains unchanged. For optimal performance, I recommend printing with PETG and a minimum 40% infill for added strength.
