Creality Extruder Endplate Adapter

I created this adapter to be able to use the Hero Me Gen 5 on my 2020 x-axis on a Creality extruder backplate (link below) whereas the belts run horizontally and not vertically. Mount the bottom parts of the adapter using cable ties. Edit from 13.04.2021: Added light/slim version (works better with endstops on my 3d printer).
