UPDATED: 12 Sept 19, expanded the wheel by 2mm and incorporated the filament guide option. Parts List: 2 x M4 x 16mm screws 1 x 608 bearing M4 x 25mm (8-32 x 1") screw for use with filament hole guide. I added a filament guide that attaches outside the wheel mount. This is not essential, but if you have a large unattended build and want to minimize the risk of filament derailment, this upgrade is beneficial. Use an M4 x 25mm (8-32 x 1") screw in place of the 16mm screw. I increased the original wheel width by 2mm on each side. The larger diameter wheel and smooth bearing movement work exceptionally well together. Make sure to clean up the axle sections that rest inside the bearing so it can be tightened securely with no wiggle or play in the wheel. This was done in three parts, allowing you to build your own base if needed to adapt to the wheel and wheel mount for your printer.
