Creality Ender Filament Guide Wheel

UPDATED: 12 Sept 19 - The wheel has been widened by 2mm, and a filament guide option has been added. Parts List: 2 x M4 x 16mm screws 1 x 608 bearing M4 x 25mm (8-32 x 1") for use with filament hole guide A filament guide has been added that mounts outside the wheel mount. This is not strictly necessary, but it's a useful precaution in case you're running a critical unattended build and want to minimize the risk of the filament derailing. Use a M4 x 25mm (8-32 x 1") screw instead of the 16mm screw. Make sure to clean up the axle sections that rest inside the bearing, so it can be tightened firmly with no wiggle or play in the wheel. The original wheel width has been increased by 1mm on each side. The larger diameter wheel and smooth bearing movement work very well together. This upgrade was done in three parts, allowing you to build your own base if you don't use the Creality version. This makes it easy to adapt the wheel and wheel mount to your printer.
