This is a generously sized bracket designed specifically to secure the X-gantry firmly to the front or rear frame of the Ender 5. "Why would you want to do that?" you may wonder, and there are several compelling reasons. * Squaring the X-gantry requires precision, which is why these brackets were created - with two of them, you can verify and adjust the fasteners of the X-gantry to ensure it remains perfectly parallel to both the front and rear of the printer. * Adjusting the eccentric nuts on Y carriage wheels demands attention to detail. Allowing them to be loose can subtly introduce diagonal stress on the X-gantry, making it challenging to achieve perfect alignment for all wheels. However, locking the entire gantry in place makes it much easier to get the wheels snugly fitted and free-rolling. * Locking the X-gantry while modifying the X-carriage or hot end is essential - it reduces pressure on the wheels and belts, allowing you to work comfortably with tight nuts or bolts on an otherwise moving platform. To lock it securely, consider these optional parts: * 4 x M4 hex-socket bolts measuring 10mm in length * 4 x M4 twist t-slot nuts
