Creality Ender 5 PTFE tube mount

I'm building a Creality Ender 5 Plus for a friend and realized that with the Direct Drive upgrade and a filament run-out sensor, there's no way to route the PTFE back using current solutions. The part uses an extra PTFE connector from the kit and attaches to where the extruder used to be. I made it zip-tie friendly. Although optional, I'm using a 1/4 NF28 tap to put threads into the part.
