Creality Ender 5+ Bed Leveling Knob & Indicator Set

This is a bed leveling knob and position indicator set for the Creality Ender 5+ and compatible 3D printers. Each small mark on the knob corresponds to 0.01mm of leveling adjustment, and there are alternate markings every 0.05mm. The position indicators are optional, but highly recommended, so you can more easily see how far you've turned the knob during an adjustment. Install the indicators like a washer over the leveling screw, with the ridges on top so they engage the bed support bar and prevent the indicator from turning. Then install the knob over the indicator to secure it in place. Print the knobs and indicators from the most heat-resistant material you can; PLA will soften and deform if you are printing polycarbonate with a 110C bed temperature. Nylon, polycarbonate, or PETG are your best options. You will need a M4x0.7 tap to thread the holes in the knobs. Optionally, press an M4 nut into the hex on the bottom of the knob, then tap the threads in the knob through the nut so the threads line up properly. To use the knobs, run a normal leveling measurement cycle, and round the corner numbers to two digits. That's how far you turn each knob to get the corners level. If the number is negative, you move the front of the knob to the left, and if it's positive, to the right. In the example photo, the left rear corner position is -0.1087. That rounds to-0.11, so you would move the front of the left rear leveling knob 11 marks to the left. Follow that process for all of the corners, using each corner number to determine which way and how far to adjust each knob. When you're done, run a second auto measuring cycle to confirm you adjusted everything correctly, and to create and save a new bed leveling mesh. Ideally, you want the height difference between the highest and lowest corners to be less than 0.03mm, but anything less than 0.05mm is good enough in most cases.
