This is an adaptation of AYF's bracket. The X-axis crimped belt end was preventing the housing from seating on the gantry plate. Let's be clear: this is NOT an "upgrade". This is an "oh crap, my part fan is dying and all I have is 5015 blower fans on hand" quick print. The left side vent is a joke, almost nothing gets through it. It does work about as well as the stock blower, and requires very few bits of hardware to install. The fan mount holes are sized for M2 threaded inserts, or you can use a M3-18 to self tap; this works, but doesn't have a lot of holding force. The stock M2 socket head bolts can be used on the mounting plate, except the one on bottom front. This one's head is just too big to fit. You can either leave it off, or use a button head M2-8 (or shorter). You will need to drill out a bit of the hot-end fan inside the shroud; I installed the hot-end fan, put the M2-8s in the front to leave marks on the fan housing, then removed the hot-end fan and drilled where the marks are. This has no impact on the fan functionality. Be very careful with the M2-10 bolts in the back, they stick out a lot and could catch on the thermistor wires.
