A remix of the Z knob for easy manipulation of the Z position as well as Z rod movement observation. I made the knob a bit longer, so it would protrude above the top bar. Useful in itself for easier reach, but I made it primarily to be compatible with my filament guide https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095575 Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Either print slightly downsized (original author suggests 98%) or stuff some thick paper around the rod for a snug fit.
