Creality Ender 3 X-Axis Linear Rail Conversion Using E3D Minimalist Parts I set out to create my own unique adaptation of several designs I'd seen on Thingiverse, aiming to incorporate all the Mediaman's "E3D Minimalist for V6 & Volcano" parts and minimize the gap introduced by adopting the MGN12 300mm rail and MGN12H Linear Sliding Guide Block. My objective was to utilize the E3D Minimalist parts exclusively on my Creality CR10/S Ender 3/Pro printer, reducing the added gap to a minimum. The y offset now stands at 24mm, compared to the original Ender 3 carriage's 25mm, resulting in a 6mm reduced travel on the z-axis and a 6mm reduction to the right on the x-axis. I apologize for those who downloaded my initial design; I've since created a V2 version that is smaller and features different offsets for the z-axis, now set at 0mm, and the x-axis, which has been reduced to 1mm to the right. This revised design offers increased compactness and lightness but may compromise on space for additional nozzle fans.
