I like the idea of using the windows hourglass as the extruder knob. The knob by <a href='https://www.thingiverse.com/ehans_makes/designs'>Ehans Makes</a> is exactly what I wanted except that it requires sticking a magnet to it to be attached to the extruder. I thought it'd be great if the knob can be actually mounted onto the extruder like a normal knob so I did a little remix. Enjoy!
