Creality Ender 3 V2 - Fan Cover / Duct

Replacement for the original hotend cover which usually always breaks at the fan screws. The design is based on the original cover as it is very compact, lightweight and efficient. All screw points are threaded M3 inserts to ensure easy installation and long life. For easier printing, the model was built in several parts. So different variants of the parts can be used (for example, if you want to use a 4020 fan instead of the original 4010 fan). You can choose between these versions: cover_v2_4010 (original stock fan usage 40x40x10mm) cover_v2_4020 (if you wanna use a 40x40x20mm fan) cover_v3_XXXX (v3 versions have vertical venting holes - if you have problems with printing large bridges) cover_XX_XXXX_spider (with bigger cutout for the creality spider pro v3 hotend) The cover also fits if you are using a silicon sock on the stock heatblock. Material recommendation: PETG Min. 20% infill Nozzle: 0.4mm Layerheight: 0.2mm Support: no need only for the blower insert: Layerheight: 0.12mm Brim: inner 0.6mm Support: 1 small support block needed (see pictures) Reduced print speed recommended (very small piece) **My printing times cover_v2_4010 - 0.2mm 30%infill - 3h30m cover_v2_4020 - 0.2mm 30%infill - 4h16m cover_v2_backpanel - 0.2mm 100%infill - 11m cover_v2_blower_insert - 0.12mm 100%infill brim support - 32m What you need else? 8x thread inserts M3 (i've used ruthex) soldering iron to melt them in 4x screw iso7380 M3x16 pan head (for original fan) 4x screw iso7380 M3x25 pan head (for 4020 fan) 2x screw iso7380 M3x6 pan head (blower_insert to backpanel and cover) The blower_insert is screwed onto the blower fan by the 2 small original philips screws ALWAYS MAKE SURE NOT TO OVERTIGHT THE SCREWS!
