You need 2 M3x8 screws instead of the standard M3x6 screws. Offset: Position at approximately 44mm to the left on the X-axis and about 5mm forward on the Y-axis. I place an aluminum foil underneath the magnetic foil. The inductive sensor fails to detect a metallic surface within its operational range without this setup.
