Creality Ender 3 Filament Guide Lead Screw Shield

I designed a custom runner that fits snugly around the lead screw, ensuring the filament flows smoothly into the extruder. This prevents the thread from catching onto the filament as it enters the machine from the front of the printer, which can cause extrusion issues. Luckily, this solution has resolved the problem. To create the runner, I used a 0.1mm layer thickness to achieve a smooth finish. The print time was only 7 minutes, making it a quick and efficient process. Since I chose to use PLA for this project, I'm pleased with its performance - it rolls freely around the lead screw with minimal friction on both the filament and the screw itself.
