Creality Ender 3 Fan Duct
thingiverse
This is a compact cooling vent for the standard fan that comes with the Ender 3 printer. To install it, simply swap out the original fan duct with this one. For optimal results, print it from PETG due to its proximity to the hot end, but surprisingly, my PLA version has held up after printing PETG for eight hours without any signs of melting. It's crucial that the printer isn't stringing, as this can lead to uneven airflow through the narrow channel on the far side of the duct. This design likely only works with the original hot-end due to its direct contact with the surrounding padding. If you've removed the padding, consider wrapping the duct in kapton tape to prevent melting.
