Here's another remix of the stock extruder with a few tweaks. This time, I've flipped the tensioner bolt so that the filament doesn't pass too close to the leadscrew, giving me room to add another PC4M4 coupler on the arm. It's been working well for me over the past few days. I'm using mostly stock parts for the extruder gear, bolts, and idler. However, I did need two extra M4 nuts and an M4x15mm bolt for the tensioner nut. One thing to keep in mind: you'll either need to reverse the wires in the stepper connector or change the extruder motor direction in Marlin configuration.h to get this setup working. This remix is based on Creality's github files. I've included a Fusion file so you can remix it if you want to give it a try!
