This is improved version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3685539 . I add additional holder on the idling wheel, because I notice when extuder is tense after some time the bolt bend along with the idling wheel and the extruder began to skip. !!! You will need longer M4 bolt. M4x10mm is perfect. !!!
