A vital upgrade for my Ender 3 (or most Creality) 3D printers is a simple yet crucial mod. It's just a knob that attaches to the end of the extruder feed motor shaft, making it effortless to feed filament into the printer and allowing for seamless manual priming of the extruder. To print at 100% infill, I utilized Pet-G. The required hardware includes a 3mm x 5mm long grub screw and a tiny hole tap. Simply attach the knob to the shaft, secure the grub screw against the flat surface, and you're ready to go!
