I installed the Creality BLTouch kit on my Ender 3 printer. The issue with this kit is that extra mounts and wires interfere with the fan of the control board cover, making it impossible to secure the cover. I discovered a brilliant design on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3643680, which cleverly relocates the fan, resolving the problem. This fantastic cover clips in easily, allowing for hassle-free removal and installation whenever working with firmware requires access to the board. UPDATE: This is an improved version of the cover, addressing warping concerns I encountered on the first iteration. I added a lip at the front and extended the latch at the back to prevent warping issues. I also designed the cover without supports, ensuring a smooth print process. You can use any material you prefer; however, I'm concerned that the heat emitted by the board might cause PLA to warp. I'd love to hear from users about their experiences with this design.
