Creality Ender 3 Bowden Extruder - Remix

I remixed this design directly from Creality's GitHub files because I felt the standard extruder failed to apply sufficient tension on its own. Now you can easily add more tension by inserting a M4 bolt through the lever and securing it with a nut. Additionally, I increased the filament entrance hole to 4mm, allowing you to push PTFE tube into it for improved filament flow when using the stock top-mounted filament spool holder. Printed at 50% cubic infill from PLA material. However, ABS is likely the best choice if used within an enclosure setting. You will need to print both parts since the filament path has been slightly elevated in this revised version to accommodate the M4 nut in the rear of the lever. This custom extruder upgrade utilizes all stock Ender 3 components, except for one M4 nut that secures the idler bearing to the lever and an extra M4x15mm bolt and nut that acts as a spring retainer and adds additional tension to the spring. The Fusion file is included for easy printing.
