Creality Ender 3 and Ender 3 V2 coil support
cults3d
Hello to all, I was fed up with my spool getting stuck during the printing process because the original position on the top is not optimal, the filament has to make a more or less tight curve (depending on the height of the Z) to enter the extruder... It must pull on the filament... Which is not great to have a proper flow and print! So I decided to design a new spool holder on the left side of the machine where it would unroll directly aligned with the extruder inlet. I also took the opportunity to integrate two 6002-2RS bearings to make the extrusion "smooth". You have to take care of your extruder =) *Coil change is tool-free thanks to 2 knobs *. The assembly is composed of: 19 parts (including 4 optional) to be printed. 2 bearings 6002-2RS. 10 screws M5x20 4 M5x40 screws 10 Washers M5 4 Nuts M5 8 Nuts for profiles M5 To be printed: Tree x1 Sup 1-1 x2 Sup 1-2 x2 Low coil blocking x2 Coil blocking high x2 Roller x2 Coil blocking head x2 Washer X2 Optional: Adaptable washer for Creality Adaptable washer for Sunlu I can provide "Kits" with screws + bearings (ask by mail hare77@gmail.com).
