Creality Ender alignment prints for digital gauge. These are the Companion models to this video: https://youtu.be/AN0MlQMMew0 Given that the models are structural yet not specifically load-bearing, I printed the gauge holder in Cura with 0.32mm layers, two perimeters, and ten percent 'lines infill' with 'connect infill lines' enabled. The tips were printed using the stock 0.28mm quality setting (or possibly Chep's "Magic 0.28" setting - I'm not quite sure). The gauge in use can be found at this link: https://amzn.to/32ru63D To make it spring-loaded, you can slip a pen spring over the gauge shaft before pressing the tip on; however, there is a significant amount of friction within the gauge, so it should be a fairly stiff spring.
