Hello World! After a long search on Thingiverse for a smart spool holder, I finally found it: Spool Hub / Holder for 608ZZ bearing and 8mm rod improved by AndrewBCN, December 10, 2014. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:586673 My goal was to fit the design on my Ender 3, but I couldn't find a simple solution that would be easy to adapt to various spool sizes and thicknesses available in the market. The design features an 8mm bolt, such as the one shown in the picture (8x100 with a 13mm head), attached to the large exagonal part. You can also use an 8mm bar with 13mm head nuts if needed. I recommend printing this part on the cylindrical reduction side using support. The other component is a cone, which serves as a spacer between the bearing and the Creality stock bar. Additionally, I included a third part that functions as a spacer for smaller spools, with an initial length of 20mm; however, you can scale it according to your needs. To complete the setup, you will require a thin washer and a nut, just like in the picture. If you need to accommodate a small spool, simply add a spacer or replace the bolt as desired. Printing is incredibly easy!
