I experienced severe warping on my Ender-2 printer while working with ABS, and discovered that a significant portion of it was caused by the unregulated air flow from the hot end fan. This cover mitigates some of the airflow towards the object, resulting in substantial improvements to ABS warping for me. To secure it, I attached 3/6 small magnets or an elastic band to the underside of the hot end fan case.\r\n\r\nOn the other hand, this modification makes it challenging to reach extruder temperatures above 230°C, as all airflow is directed towards the hot end, significantly enhancing cooling efficiency.\r\n\r\nPlease provide feedback if this improvement enhanced your printing capabilities!
