I printed the OP's part, and it's perfect. A 608 bearing push fitted perfectly, needing a couple of taps of a small hammer to fully seat it after my fingers ran out of go, so I'd call that a perfect press fit. I didn't like the top of the bearing being exposed though, and felt it needed a dust cap. Unnecessary I know, ingress of dust will be minimal and with such slow and little movement axis, it's totally not needed, but I'm happier it's covered now. I'm not the best at CAD design, but it works. I printed it in TPU, not tried other materials. The centre part fits over the protruding part of the Z Axis where the hex shape in TPU deforms to hold onto it tightly. The surrounding skirt barely touches the outer bearing.
