This part holds an adafruit neopixel that can be had here or anywhere: https://www.adafruit.com/product/1426 For the neopixels to work properly we need to put a 470ohm resistor on the control wire, and there needs to be a 1000uf 10v capacitor on the power and ground wires so the voltage stays stable as the lights do their thing. Then the neopixels need to be connected to the mainboard and the firmware needs to be setup. My Ender 2 Pro has the BTT SKR Mini E3 V3.0 and on that there is a dedicated neopixel header. There are also plenty of setup tutorials on youtube for getting the neopixels up and going. I think this will also fit Ender 3 and other similar style printers. No hardware required.
