Creality Ender 2 Pro
thingiverse
This is the dimensional model of Ender 2 Pro made by reverse engineering (manually measured) with some official parts from Ender 3. **WARNING! DUE TO MANUAL MEASURMENT THERE ARE SOME INACCURACIES. PLEASE, ALLOW AT LEAST 0.5 mm OF CLEARANCE. ALSO, REPORT ME IF YOU FOUND ANY ERROR.** Important notes -------- * Parts were tested for parts mutual matchings and collisions and thus they are accurate to some extent, although I didn't print any parts (except https://www.printables.com/model/528496-beekoohaa-printhead-beta-for-creality-ender-2-pro-) to check physical matches and collisions. * Due to complex geometry of the molded parts (and weird design) some of details like reinforcing ribs forming simple surface are omitted (actually they are converted to single block). * Also, since I started to made this model after I cut my case, there are reinforcing ribs which has inaccurate size. * Model doesn't have spool holder and tray. * It also has very simplified screen and power supply. * And also it doesn't have screws, nuts, washers, belts, tensioners, couplers and other generic mechanical parts, except those which affect modding (like screw on the Y carriage which touch the endstop switch and thus used for the carriage movement measurements). Credits -------- * Benas Griauzde for providing SD slot for the mainboard * Citruzzzor (https://www.thingiverse.com/citruzzzor/) for helping with measurements * Bálint Leon Seregi (https://www.printables.com/@BalintLeonSeregi) for providing base model for the mainboard P.S. If you want this model to be complete as possible - send me links to the models of the missing parts, and I will add them in the next version.
