A custom upgrade kit for Ender-2 and CR-10 printers brings superior cooling to the table with a 30mm coldend fan and two high-performance 5015 blowers. This results in exceptional parts cooling, making it easier than ever to manage wire harnesses. The base plate has been redesigned to ensure that hotend carriage bolts are no longer obstructed, allowing for seamless assembly and disassembly. The use of a 30mm throat cooler fan may generate more noise compared to the standard 40mm fan, but switching to a high-quality Sunon model will greatly reduce this issue. A variation featuring two 40mm fans and an adjustable clamp is also in consideration; however, it would protrude slightly from the printer's design. The new hotend assembly boasts improved performance, with prints coming out beautifully and the hotend firmly secured in place.
