This file will make a cover to clip over the existing extruder to reinforce it and prevent the cracking that seems to plague this Creality unit. Also, if it has cracked already fitting this will hold it back together. Cracking on the cover of the Creality existing unit usually results in first signs of under extrusion. I now as standard fit this to all my CR6-SE / MAX printers and have had no more extruder cover cracking issues since.
