Creality CR6-SE Filament Wheel Guide Mount (Version #3)

Creality CR6-SE Filament Wheel Guide Mount (Version #3)

thingiverse

This is a custom filament guide for the Creality CR6-SE printer. It mounts right in front of the filament detection box fairly snugly. I am a novice (and used Tinker Cad to boot) so experts in CAD will doubtless make fun of my work, but so far it's fully functional. You can use a regular 608 skateboard bearings. You need to also download and print the bearing mount and filament guide designed by Holspeed: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488 to complete the setup. UPDATE: Version #3 has been uploaded. Minor fixes to the file and adjustment to tolerances around where the roller mounts on the frame (previous version was too tight and, depending on the plastic used, might split once pushed onto the frame). UPDATE: Version #2 has been uploaded. I added a slight cutout for the bolt on the backside of the bracket and a diagonal support piece to create more stiffness and enhanced strength. I also shaved off a bit of plastic on below the wheel mount to cut down on material used. You will want to print with some supports now (I suggest Cura's tree supports).
