This is designed to be clipped on to the modified filament sensor case here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4635094 and it will direct the cable over the extruder instead of down the side of it. I have not printed/tested this, but it should work - I measured everything with digital callipers and left some tolerance. Solidworks file included if anyone wants to modify/redesign it,
