This is a set of adapters which easily converts your CR30's Y-Axis to MGN12H Linear Bearing rails. These replace the wheel carriage on each side of the Y axis. Yes, these fit direct drives. Yes, these fit MGN12 linear rail X-Axis kits from RepKord. You will need to add 8x M3x12mm socket cap screws for the bearing blocks 2x M5x12 socket cap screws and 2x M5 T-Nuts for the front mounting holes on each bracket You will reuse 4x M3x20 Panhead hex screws from the original Y-axis carriages I tried to make this as simple as possible. Once you center and install MGN12 bearings, these should be a drop in replacement that uses the same factory mounting bolts for the top of the X-axis as the large plates. There is a front tab on each bracket that adds a bit more rigid strength to X beam. The right side bracket includes an integrated endstop sensor arm that should match factory dimensions. These parts should be snug on a well calibrated printer. The end of the endstop should be colored so it is not translucent. Print these top side down. No skirt brim or raft needed. Supports touching buildplate. I recommend 50% infill for smaller structural parts like these. PLA+ or PLA Pro is recommended.
