This is a Part Cooling Duct for the CR-10s Pro that requires no modifications to the original design of the printer. It utilizes the existing 4020 Radial part cooling fan and demands 2 longer M3x20mm screws to mount effectively. Version History: CrealityCR10sProDuctV1.stl is the original part I modeled. CrealityCR10sProDuctV2.stl will be 1mm taller, providing 1mm additional clearance between the sock of the nozzle and the duct. To utilize this version, the ABL and sensor may need to be adjusted for more clearance during the 25-point ABL routine. You can adjust your Z-offset back down to the print surface using "live" leveling when the print commences. CrealityCR10sProDuctV2.1.stl is similar to V2 but features a better design that distributes airflow from the cooling fan more efficiently. Print this part as oriented and shown in the pictures, requiring support only under the duct that rises up and runs directly under the nozzle cooling fan return. Special thanks go out to Baloubic's Original Design concept "ProDuct - Creality CR-10S Pro [No Mod] Fang Fan Duct" found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3643687 I have been utilizing a slightly modified version of the original design for quite some time and truly appreciate it. I decided to draft an entirely new model using On-Shape, implementing several improvements for support to the printer and providing better visibility of the nozzle along with a smaller duct profile. One of the primary benefits of this duct is that equal airflow should be delivered to both sides of the nozzle, effectively cooling the part as printed and enhancing quality and bridging performance.
