I built my own filament guide because I wanted a design that incorporates a bearing and a 90° filament guide, something other designs lacked. To reduce friction even further, you can insert a small piece of PTFE tube into the upper part. I also secured the bearing inside the ring with glue. To make this project work, you'll need: One 608 Bearing Two washers (16x8.4x1.6) DIN125 One screw (M8x25) Note that the part of the design that clamps onto the housing of your existing filament run-out sensor is longer than it appears in the pictures.
