This is a parts cooling fan upgrade i designed. I wasn't happy with the tiny fan that Creality ships with the CR-10 Smart and I wanted to use a 5015. This will print without supports if you stand the duct up vertically. I printed on Polymaker PolyLite PLA Matte Yellow to test design. I would print with ABS or ASA to prevent sagging if your bed plate is over 60C. Hardware needed: (2) M5x25 bolts for the fan mount (2) M5 nyloc nuts (2) M3x6 bolts to mount to the extruder side The 5015 fan on the CR10 Smart is a 24v fan, make sure you get the right version of the fan. Also mine came with a standard 2 prong JST, I had to solder the factory lead onto the fan lead as the Sprite PCB uses a crazy small JST plug for the fans. The Fan Cover is optional, but I found it keeps the fan power wire tidy and looks cleaner. This example was printed with: 0.2mm Layer height 10% Infill lines 4 walls and connected infill Used a 0.4mm nozzle.
