I have recently modified my Cr-10s to accept an SD card via an adapter from China instead of the standard micro SD. To keep the cable and SD housing organized, I designed a case that perfectly holds them in place on the side of the control unit. Initially, I considered using the housing provided with the SD adapter, but it was prone to splitting apart easily. Therefore, I created a custom case with a smoother SD card insert that can be screwed onto the side of the control unit. The two original screws from the SD adapter can be used to secure this new adapter case in place. While support material may not be necessary for printing, you can use it if needed for the holes where the screws will go. The design is intended to be printed flat on a large surface with the SD Card symbol facing down onto the heatbed.
