Creality CR10 & Ender3 V6/Volcano Mount,Duct and BL Touch/EZABL

A high-quality tested mount and CFD optimized duct are available for V6 & Volcano hotends on the Creality X carriage. The part cooling outlets are height adjustable, as is the BL Touch mount. All parts can be printed without support. It's recommended to print with 4 walls and a thickness of 1.6mm at top and bottom. EZABL offset: The EZABL offset is set at X = 43.3, Y = 0. BLTouch offset: The BLTouch offset is set at X =34.6, Y = 0 On June 10, 2018, an EZABL 18mm bracket was added. On June 11, 2018, parts were modified to use M3 nuts instead of helicoils. A major update with enhanced CFD optimized part cooling in a more compact format, now including a duct option for Volcano hotends, was made on December 30, 2018. To assemble this mount requires two M3 x 30 countersunk bolts to clamp the heatsink. One M3 x 25 countersunk bolt is needed to secure the 5015 fan. The duct and ABL mount both require one M3 x 15 socket head bolt. Each bolt threads into a M3 nut. On June 3, 2019, a couple of tweaks were made to the mount and clamp to accommodate changes to the X carriage made by Creality. The pockets on the rear of the mount are now 4.5mm deep, and the clamp is secured using two M3 x 30mm cap head bolts rather than the countersunk ones. On April 7, 2019, a 12mm dia inductive sensor mount was added with offsets set at X, -39.5 Y, +1.4. This mount was checked for compatibility with the Ender 5 carriage on October 2, 2020.
