Well, now it's available with extra features - please welcome the Quad Spool Holder! You'll need: 1x Riser 1x Round Spool Holder 2x Square Spool Holders 4x Spool Nuts (if you already have the dual holder, you just need 1x Riser, 1x Round Spool Holder, 1x Square Spool Holder, and 3x Spool Nuts) An excellent copy of the original nuts by Eckaat96 can be found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2944665 - these are good nuts, but if you like your nuts to be a bit more challenging, I've included a larger diameter one. Fixings: 2x M4 x14 Machine Screw 2x M4 Rail (hammer head) Nut (I designed it around these fixings as I had spare ones with my Ender 3 - hopefully, you will too) Note: One nut is required as a back nut on the round spool holder and the filament guides are sized to take ptfe tube - though I haven't tried it yet.
