Hello and Servus! This Direct Drive Conversion Kit is designed specifically for a Creality Ender 3 / CR10 Printer. Some direct drives have issues with cooling, loud fans, or bulky designs. I couldn't find a quiet, compact version that meets all the requirements, so I decided to create my own kit. This conversion includes a separate mount for an EZabl 12mm filament sensor and a 5mm LED light. My design goals were to create a compact, good-looking unit with excellent cooling from all sides, a quiet operation using Noctua fans, and a modular structure that makes it easy to print and assemble. I aimed to achieve the following objectives: * Compact size * Quiet operation (Noctua fans used) * Good cooling from multiple angles * LED light for better visibility * Modular design with separate parts for easier printing * Easy-to-print design with minimal support required * Simple mounting system using bolts at original points The kit also includes mounts for EZabl Mini and EZout filament sensors, as well as a 5mm LED light. Important notes to keep in mind: * The bottom screw that adjusts the roller wheels needs to be shortened down to the nut; otherwise, the fan duct won't fit. * Some screws might be slightly small, so you may need to use a drill to enlarge them if necessary. * The 40x10mm Noctua fan requires drilling holes about 0.5-1mm bigger to match the BMG pattern. Be careful not to drill too much or the screw will slip through. Due to the larger heatsink, the nozzle is slightly further in Y. To adjust this, you can modify your firmware settings as follows: * // The size of the print bed X_BED_SIZE 235 Y_BED_SIZE 222 * // Travel limits (mm) after homing, corresponding to endstop positions.
