The Creality Cr10's stock Hotend Cooling lacks optimal cooling properties. Furthermore, the Alucovers' weight proves to be a suboptimal solution for vibration damping and adds significant top-heaviness. To address these issues, I developed an all-in-one printable solution that can also accommodate the original fans. This innovative design features dual component cooling, which enhances layer adhesion and appearance. When assembling the Coolend, use M3 bolts with a length of 20mm to secure it firmly in place. After completing the print, clean up any excess support material from the screw holes. Once this is done, attaching the Coldend should be effortless.
