Fits normal CR10. It has place for two step downs – one for powering RPi (5V) and one for LEDs or anything (12V). Connections are designed with XT60 as input and output voltage. Lots of place inside, lid can have a different options as well as main body. </font></p> <br> <font size=6 color="BlueViolet" face="Times New Roman"><b>Options</b></font> <p align="justify"><font size=3 color="black"> For main housing:<br> - With places for both of the step downs and RPi<br> - With mountings only for RPi, can fir mechanical relay without a problem. <br> <br> For lid:<br> - full roof: no place for anything (heatsink is a good option)<br> - with Happy printing sign (heatsink is a good option)<br> - 40mm fan edition (with hole for wires<br> - 60mm fan edition (with hole for wires<br> - Lid Mug Edition - for all of you who like to have dedicated mug stand for your coffee just above electronics while printing 10days long print for your boss. What can go wrong? <br> </font></p> <br> <font size=6 color="BlueViolet" face="Times New Roman"><b>Parts</b></font> <p align="justify"><font size=3 color="black">You will need: <br> - One male and one female <b>XT60</b>, but of course you can wire them directly. Power is supplied from power supply which has plenty of extra 24V outputs.<br> - two <b>step downs</b>, like this ones: <a href="https://botland.store/converters-step-down/17169-step-down-voltage-converter-d36v28f5-5v-32a-pololu-3782.html">here</a> and <a href="https://botland.store/converters-step-down/17175-step-down-voltage-converter-d36v28f12-12v-24a-pololu-3786.html">here</a>. They have this advantage that they have ENable pin which can be directly controlled by GPIO of RPi and Octoprint. <br> - mechanical <b>relay</b> can be an option, I have made a main body variation without any mounting points for above step downs (see options section).<br> - <b>M3 screws</b>, they are intended to got into plastic directly (up to 25mm in length). <br> - <b>M2.5x6mm screws</b> for RPi and for my step downs are <b>M2x8mm</b>.<br> - soldering iron recommended<br> - <b>RPi</b> may be handy, I used RPi 3B+ but it should fit any other. microUSB port is not so accessible so or you have flexible right angle cable to power it up, or use GPIO directly. I went the this other way because the step downs are of a very good quality.<br> </p> </font> <br> <font size=6 color="BlueViolet" face="Times New Roman"><b>Assembly</b></font> <p align="justify"><font size=3 color="black"> Not that hard in my opinion. I think it's pretty easy but if you have any questions DM me or write a comment :) </font></p> <br> <font size=6 color="BlueViolet" face="Times New Roman"><b>Updates</b></font> <blockquote> <font size=3 color="black"><u><b>23/05/2021</b></u><br></font> initial release</blockquote><br> <br> <font size=6 color="BlueViolet" face="Times New Roman"><b>Sources</b></font> <blockquote> -Steps ups and downs (like square signal does) models<br> <a href="https://botland.store/converters-step-down/17169-step-down-voltage-converter-d36v28f5-5v-32a-pololu-3782.html">from here</a><br> <a href="https://botland.store/converters-step-down/17175-step-down-voltage-converter-d36v28f12-12v-24a-pololu-3786.html">from here</a> </blockquote> <blockquote> -Cup 42 model<br> <a href="https://grabcad.com/library/cup_42-1">from here</a> </blockquote> <blockquote> -XT60 model <br> <a href="https://grabcad.com/library/xt60-male-genuine-and-xt60-female-genuine-1">from here</a> </blockquote> <blockquote> -Raspberry Pi 3 model <br> <a href="https://grabcad.com/library/raspberry-pi-3-model-b-reference-design-solidworks-cad-raspberry-pi-raspberrypi-rpi-1">from here</a> </blockquote>
